Corlen Slaughter is the current Supervisor of Instructional Assistants at Banneker-Doyle Career and Transition Center, a rigorous vocational training and instructional program for students ages 18-22 with moderate-severe disabilities. These students are on the Alternate Curriculum track for the purpose of maximizing each student’s potential, leading to successful outcomes in adult life.

Mr. Slaughter works with school assistants to equip them to help maximize student independence, development of vocational abilities(employability), preparation for adult life and to train students to access adult support services. Corlen Slaughter resides in Bellflower and is a husband and father of 2 beautiful children.
